.:. A new era of Pokemon is about to begin here .:.Here is list of New Tm's & New Moves I made for my region. Rules:- 1. Do NOT use them with out my permission. 2. Do NOT claim them as your own. If you want to make a TM/ an att too then please message me with your idea, and maybe we can decided on something that works... XD TMs These come after the ninety-two tms from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, * Mystical Magic- Psychic. The user performs a spell to raise the following moves for the next 5 turns. It creates a 70% chance of its secondary effect to work. * Disillusion - Light. 40 power and 95 accuracy. The user attacks once and then attacks with a illusion of itself, this move hits twice. May raise evasion by 2 stages. (20%) New Moves * Power Surge - Electric. 80 power and 90 accuracy. The user charges objects around it and sends then towards the foe with powerful electric waves, may cause foe to flinch and paralyze the foe. (20%) * Ice Gusher - Ice. 100 power and 100 accuracy. A sudden flow of ice hits the foe hard. Has a high critical-hit ratio. * Helix Flare - Light. 90 power and 100 accuracy. A spiral ray of light is blasted at the foe. May also confuse the foe. (20%) * Solar Refraction - Light. Beams of refracted light from the sun surround the feild. This greatly increases the effects of any light and electric type moves. This also makes solar beam hit on the turn its used. 5 turns. * Electro Blade - Electric. 80 power and 70 accuracy. The user rushes towards the foe and swipes at it with a electrocuted arm. It may immobilize the foe so it wont be able to attack the following turn, also if the user went first this turn then the foe wont be able to attack this turn as well. (10%) * Fire Dance - Fire. The user dances & surrounds its self in a fiery glow. This ups the users sp. att & speed. * Aqua Ray - Water. 100 power and 90 accuracy. The user blasts the foe with a large ray of water drenching it in a shower of water. It may also confuse the foe. * Blackout - Dark. The field is surrounded in darkness. This greatly increases the effects of any dark and ghost type moves. 5 turns. * Lightning Range - Electric. Gives electric pokemon the ability to recover when hit with electric moves. It also increases their electric attacks. 5 turns. * Deadly Critters - Bug. The user summons an army of bugs/insects to attack the foe. It drains the foes HP every turn. * Ignite - Fire. 120 power and 100 accuracy. The user surrounds itself in flames and attacks in a rampage of 2 to 3 turns that confuses the user. * Flame Strike - Fire. 60 power and - accuracy. A fast and unavoidable fire attack. |
